Venue Refund Policy

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. MMQR, KBZ Pay, Wave Pay and AYA Pay refunds typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

When You Are Eligible

• You cancel within the windows defined in the Venue Cancellation Policy.
• The venue owner cancels the booking or the venue is unavailable.
• Force majeure events such as severe weather or emergencies prevent the booking.
• The venue does not match its listing description (must be reported with photos within 24 hours).

When Refunds Are Not Available

• No-shows after the booked time slot has started.
• Cancellations made outside the eligible windows.
• Removal due to violation of the venue's house rules.
