Refund Tiers

48+ hours before booking time

Full refund minus a small platform processing fee.

24-48 hours before booking time

Half of the total booking amount is refunded.

50%

Less than 24 hours or no-show

No refund is available for late cancellations or no-shows.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation timing is calculated relative to the booked date and start time.
  • Force majeure events or owner-initiated cancellations are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You can cancel directly from the My Bookings page.
