We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property owners. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your check-in date. All cancellations must be made through the platform.
Full refund of the total booking amount.
Half of the total booking amount is refunded.
A quarter of the total booking amount is refunded.
No refund is available for same-day or past cancellations.
Important: Cancellation Window
The platform enforces a cancellation deadline set by the administrator. If you attempt to cancel within the deadline period (e.g., less than 24 hours before check-in), the cancellation may be blocked entirely. Check your booking details for the specific deadline that applies.
If a property owner cancels your confirmed booking, you will automatically receive a full refund (100%) of the total booking amount, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Owner-initiated cancellations are clearly marked in your booking history so you can easily distinguish them from your own cancellations.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is calculated based on the tier applicable at the time of cancellation.
The refund amount and percentage are displayed in your booking details for full transparency.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
