All property details â photos, descriptions, pricing, and amenities â must be accurate and up to date. Misleading information may result in listing removal.
All confirmed bookings must be honored. Cancellations without unavoidable reasons may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or account suspension.
You must respond to and contact guests within 24 hours of booking confirmation, especially for apartment bookings that require key handover arrangements.
You must comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and tax obligations. Properties must conform to Myanmar's Hotel and Tourism Law where applicable.
You must maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards as described in your listing. Failure to do so may result in negative reviews and listing suspension.
You accept the platform's commission and tax rates. Pricing must be transparent with no hidden fees or charges beyond what is listed.
Warning
A formal warning will be issued for the first violation.
Reduced Visibility
Non-compliant listings may be ranked lower in search results.
Listing Suspension
Continued violations may result in temporary or permanent listing suspension.
Account Termination
Severe violations may result in permanent account termination.
By submitting a property listing application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms in this policy. This policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
